Boost Employee Morale And Improve Your Bottom Line

In addition, the role of managers and supervisors is extremely important. The study results show that employees don’t leave companies, they leave managers and supervisors. We’ll take the last six questions you can ask of your management team and staff that will give you a quick assessment of employee attitudes and lead you to create solutions that will help you retain highly productive employees.

Ask your employees these questions:

  • At work, does your opinion seem to count?
  • Does the mission/purpose of our company makes you feel that your job is important?
  • Are your fellow employees committed to doing quality work?
  • Do you have a best friend at work?
  • During this last year, have you had opportunities to learn and grow?
