Is 2021 Your Year for a Leadership Coaching Group?
Ever thought about participating in one of those year-long senior leadership group coaching programs?
I have. I’d like to have a sounding board and I’d like to get new skills, when I didn’t even know I needed them! These programs appeal to me because everyone in the group is a successful leader right now. Everyone is at the same level but in all kinds of industries.(so great for learning to have access to people outside my current colleagues). In these groups you learn together, you share ideas, maybe even struggles. You grow, and take your leadership to the next level.
A colleague leads one for Tiara International and when I told her that I wanted to give you all examples of people who’ve experienced these groups and what happens to their leadership skills over time she graciously shared this video. You’ll hear them talking about an increase in leadership presence, influence, and the ability to achieve the results they most want to achieve. Since this example is Tiara International it’s women leaders, and what you hear applies to the many other special target groups and to general groups of senior leaders.

Tiara’s Leading With Impact program is a 10-month senior women’s development program, which brings successful women together to learn, share, grow, and take their leadership to the next level.

Application for the 2021 Leading With Impact program are currently being accepted. The other executives in the program will be senior women leaders in a variety of industries. The program is completely virtual, so senior leaders can participate from anywhere.
